Collene grew up in Rochester, NY. While at Houghton College, she felt the call to career ministry. She was ordained with the Free Methodist Church in 2000, the same year she came to Monacrest. From 2000-2017, she served as youth, small group and associate pastor. On June 4, 2017, Collene became the lead pastor of Monacrest. Collene and her husband, Dirk, have two children: Alexa is a 2023 graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University and Max is a junior at Millersville University.

Doug grew up in Upstate NY and attended Roberts Wesleyan College. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Kathy. They have 3 adult children. He was the lead pastor of churches in NY and PA and planted 2 churches. In 2017 he was elected as the superintendent of the Harvest Conference. He "retired" in 2023. They enjoy time with their 8 grandchildren who range in age from 2-22.
Raeanne grew up at Monacrest. She then attended Roberts Wesleyan College and Franciscan University. She has worked as an associate pastor in the Pittsburgh Conference as well as a social worker and family therapist at various agencies in the county. She is currently a stay at home mom to her sons, Elijah and Jeremy. Raeanne is the daughter, sister, cousin and aunt of addicts. She has a passion for helping people partner with Jesus in their recovery from all sorts of addictions.
